(Remote) Customer Care Agent

KazaCare is a fast-growing startup that provides personalised home care services and care plans to support patients right after hospitalisation, mothers and babies after delivery, as well as seniors who wish to age independently at home, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Cancer, Stroke and Palliative care.

We are looking for an experienced customer care agent that is passionate about our mission, and that will be the first line of contact for prospective clients and care providers. This role promises broad exposure to acquire a range of skills and growth. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle inbound requests from potential clients and care providers promptly through our different channels: Hotline, Facebook, Website

  • Listen attentively to requests, questions, or concerns and respond promptly with a resolution

  • Create, send, and followup on prospective clients proposals based on their needs

  • Monitor and followup the customer satisfaction of customer accounts assigned to you

  • Be available on-call with existing customers outside of office hours in case of any emergencies, to find them the right support they might need

  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate any stressful situations or complains

  • Handle administrative tasks to assist our care providers and day-to-day customer success operations

  • Participate in continuous process improvement and implementation of strategies to improve our customer experience
Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelors or diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • You are fast at emails, and fluent with technology
  • You speak English, French, and Creole equally well
  • (Bonus) if you have experience as customer service agent or have worked in a call centre
  • (Bonus) if you have experience or are trained in the healthcare sector

Additional Information:
  • This is a remote position, so you can work from home or anywhere you choose with a laptop. We do team check-ins everyday on zoom, with in-person meetings only once a week. 

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM - 5PM​

  • Additionally, you will need to take a roster to be available on-call in case of any emergencies one weekend every month.
