KazaCare is a platform that offers home care services such as Personal Care, Personal Assistance, Nursing Care & Wellness & Therapy under one roof.

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Specialist, for a role that promises broad exposure to acquire a range of skills from administration, to client communication, to problem solving.


Your main goal: how happy our customers are, which is core to our mission at KazaCare.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle inbound requests promptly through our different channels: Hotline, Facebook, Direct or Forms

  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guideline

  • Monitor and followup closely on current customer accounts assigned to you

  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations

  • Assist in managing our day-to-day customer success operations 

  • Handling administrative tasks such as payment, invoicing and client information
    ​
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and implementation of strategies to improve our Customer Experience
Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelors or diploma
  • No prior working experience in Customer Success is required.
    You will be trained and coached to be a successful Customer Success Specialist.
  • You are fast at emails, and fluent with technology
  • You speak English, French, and Creole equally well
  • (Bonus) if you have experience as customer service agent

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Rs. 18,000 per month
  • ​Work remotely with daily team calls (During the training period, you will be on-site with our Customer Success Lead)
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm
    ​(on call: Public Holidays and Week-Ends)
