With a large network of care providers including nurses, caregivers, and allied health professionals, we take a comprehensive view of care to improve overall health and well-being outcomes, in order for our clients to have the best quality of life possible, while recovering or ageing successfully in their own homes.
We are looking for a Director of Nursing to join our core team, to ensure high standards of care across our network. This is a very demanding and active role, which presents the opportunity for a senior nurse to do his or her best work, and set new standards of integrated care in Mauritius, inspired by world-class community health models abroad.
Role and Responsibilities:
Interview, oversee, and evaluate all nurse navigators in our network
Match the right nurse to the right job where nursing care is required
Establish protocols and processes to continuously improve and innovate on the the standard of care across our network
Build and grow our community of care providers including doctors, allied health professionals, nurses to learn and help each other
Arrange training programs to increase level of skill among our network of care providers
Communicate and coordinate with families, physicians, allied health professionals as needed
Support our network by responding to any clinical issues in a timely manner
Monitor and personally intervene for complex cases

Min. Qualifications:
Degree in nursing
At least 10 years of experience as a qualified nurse, with a good knowledge of medicine
Leadership experience of managing teams
Experience in providing care at home
Good communication in English and French
Computer literacy
Job Details:
Minimum of 2 days a week to start over a maximum 3-month probation period, transitioning to a full-time position upon confirmation.
Full-Time salary from Rs 50K / month, with ample opportunities for promotion as tied to outcomes.
